Accommodation

 

Each room is shared with only one other retreat participant – ensuring plenty of privacy and comfort. If wanted, you also have the option of booking a single room. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, wardrobe, and safe. The rooms are located in the main villa and each has its own access to the terrace overlooking the breathtaking bay of Tafedna.

Bank Transfer

 

You are welcome to pay for your trip via bank transfer. Simply select this option in the booking form below, and I will then send you all the necessary payment details.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you or a member of your party needs to cancel your booking, please inform us by email at lolo@joyridesurfretreats.com.
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

The following refund conditions apply:

• More than 90 days before departure: 90% refund (10% retained as administrative fee)

• 89 to 60 days before departure: 70% refund

• 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund

• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

• Free name change: You may transfer your booking to another person free of charge up to 3 days before departure, provided the replacement participant meets the retreat requirements.

 

If you or a member of your party cancels your booking due to an unforeseeable event (for example, newly imposed government travel restrictions), no cancellation fees will be charged as set out above. In any case of cancellation, I offer you the option to transfer the refundable amount to another JOYRIDE Surf Retreat of your choice. Otherwise, I will refund any amounts due within 14 days. All refunds under this clause will be made to the same payment method used for the original booking.

Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.
We are not an insurance provider. However, for your convenience, we recommend our partner Chapka Assurances, which offers comprehensive travel insurance for surf trips.
